Dimensions Autism Friendly Film Screenings

http://www.dimensions-uk.org/what-we-do/autism/autism-friendly-films/

Nobody wants to cause their child to feel alarmed or in danger and the truth is that many mainstream activities such as catching public transport, going out for a meal or watching a film at your local cinema can sometimes not be conducive with the needs of people with autism.
People with autism have varying levels of sensitivity and it isn’t something that is widely understood.
By making small accommodations, families who otherwise have to segregate activities between their children (who do and do not have autism) can experience something together, as a unit, and everyone can enjoy and get value out of it.

Every child is different but experts agree that early intervention helps with development and dance aids children with autism. Dance and exercise can also help them connect more with others.
