We support all of our students to develop the life skills required to support autonomy and to lead a fulfilled life. We use person-centred planning and approaches to ensure that transition and provision enables our students to fulfil and achieve their outcomes. We are able to provide a range of support and therapeutic approaches including sensory therapies, speech and language therapy, assistive and augmentative technology and occupational therapy. We are able to provide respite opportunities during holiday periods, along with flexible day packages - please contact us to explore options. We are currently creating to training flats which will enable students to further develop and enhance core independent living skills to ensure that they are able to effectively and successfully transition into adulthood when leaving Weston House.
